ROGERS -- Sasha Goforth had the hot hand for Fayetteville on Friday night.

Fayetteville (18-3, 10-0): Goforth 28, Beck 18, Franklin 8, Unruh 5, Bobbitt 3, Breathitt 2, Logan 1.
Rogers (12-11, 5-5): Loyd 14, Figenskau 11, Storey 4, Covington 3, McConnell 3, Risenhoover 2, Hatch 2.
Goforth made four consecutive 3-pointers in the first half and finished with 28 points to lead Fayetteville to a 65-39 victory over Rogers High. Fayetteville (18-3, 10-0) remained undefeated in 7A-West Conference play while posting its second blowout of the week. The Lady Bulldogs placed four players in double figures on Wednesday during a 64-46 victory over Bentonville West.
Goforth had 11 points in that game, which she surpassed in the first quarter Friday against Rogers. She made four consecutive 3-pointers from almost the same spot in the corner while scoring 16 of Fayetteville's 22 points. The sophomore standout had 20 at halftime, which was more than Rogers' 17 points after two quarters.
Goforth added points on mostly drives to the basket before leaving in the fourth quarter with the Lady Bulldogs well ahead.
"After I made my second (3-pointer) I thought, all right, I've got something going here," Goforth said. "I wanted to play better, for sure, than I did in that first half on Wednesday when I was scoreless in the first half. That was my motivation."
Coriah Beck added 18 points and Jasmine Franklin eight for the Lady Bulldogs, who led 39-17 at halftime and 55-31 after three quarters.
Madison Loyd scored 14 points and Ally Figenskau 11 to lead the Lady Mounties.

Fayetteville (15-7, 8-2): Conley 17, Bowers 12, Cooper 12, Morgan 12, Releford 8, Blankenship 5, Johnson 2, Witte 2, Gibbs 2.
Rogers (7-16, 0-10): Miller 14, Dake 11, Paschal 6, Early 5, Duncan 3, Lacewell 2.
Jon Conley scored 11 of his 17 points in the second half to lead Fayetteville (15-7, 8-2). The game marked the return of Fayetteville coach Kyle Adams, who missed Wednesday's victory over Bentonville West because he was sick.
Darius Bowers, Collin Cooper and Frank Morgan added 12 points each for the Bulldogs, who led 41-26 at halftime and 63-37 after three quarters. Drew Miller scored 14 points for Rogers (7-16, 0-10), which got to within 18-14 in the second quarter. Fayettville began to pull away again behind the play of 6-foot-7 center Tamaury Releford, who came off the bench and scored six points in the second quarter.
"Our kids have bought in with defense the last three or four games," Adams said. "We've stepped up and guarded some really good players, including (Miller), who is one of the better shooters in the league. We got into his legs and he was a little tired."
