Robert Dehm Hunt passed away on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018. He was born to Claude R. Hunt Jr. and Ellen Aletha Hunt on January 5, 1948 in Joplin, Mo.
Bob was a renaissance man, played golf, loved music, travel, cooking, and gardening. He was a HO scale train enthusiast, photographer, and loved to build things. Bob was a humble and funny guy, who could tell a long joke without missing a beat.
He graduated from the University of Missouri in 1970 and then then moved to Little Rock where he crafted a career in the printing industry. His career led him to Rogers where he and his wife have lived for 19 years. He was loved by his wife Molly Walsh Hunt of 32 years, his daughter Elizabeth Hunt Gitchel of Little Rock, his brother Jim Hunt of Little Rock and his sister Judy Ward (Jim) of Grove, Okla. and many nieces and nephews. Bob had a strong faith in Jesus Christ and resides with a host of saints in eternity.
A memorial service, officiated by Dr. Jim Moore, will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 12 noon at Hunt Chapel, 4930 S. Wallis Rd., Rogers, Ark. Immediately following, we will gather to share stories of Bob's life at Embassy Suites lounge in Rogers.
